Can I return my robes if I am unhappy with them?
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. We encourage you to order a sample robe for evaluation before placing your order. We will send one out to you on approval for up to 30 days. You may return the sample any time within 30 days without charge. If there is any manufacturing defect in your robes order, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price for up to 90 after purchase. Do your robes come in other colors?
Currently, our robes are available in fabulous shades of Red, Blue, Green, Purple and White. White choir robes come with two matching, reversible stoles. We also have children’s choir robes in matching style and colors for Red, Blue, Purple and White.
How can I be sure you received my order?
You will receive an “auto-reply” email that confirms our reception of your order. Check your Junk folder if you don’t see it. If you fax a Purchase Order, we will email you a Sales Order as confirmation that your order is in our system, but only if you include your EMAIL on the PO (So please be sure to include email on your PO).
How will I know when my order ships?
You will also receive another email to tell you when we have shipped your order. That shipping confirmation email will have your tracking number inside, so don’t throw it away. 🙂
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, robes can ship within 1 – 2 work days of when you finalize your order and arrange for payment.
I’m worried about getting my choir robes in time; what should I do?
You should choose the shipping method that enables you to sleep at night. You may select different shipping methods from within the shopping cart. Be sure to have put all your items into the shopping cart, and test the different methods’ prices by selecting them. Keep in mind UPS and FedEx provide tracking numbers to track your shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
There is an easy to use shipping calculator in the shopping cart portion of the ordering screen. You must first “place your item(s) in the cart” for it to work, since it calculates the weight of your shipment as well as the distance in order to give you the costs. Please fill in your address information. You choose the shipping method, but a general guide is this: US Priority Mail is almost always faster (3 day delivery) than UPS Ground, and often cheaper for a sample robe order. Orders of 2 or more robes, please consider (less expensive) UPS options.
I want to order on behalf of my school/church/choir, but we want you to bill us instead of using my own credit card. What do I do?
You can fax a Purchase Order from your organization to us at 406-203-1045. We will confirm receipt of your PO by emailing you a Sales Order, so please include the email of the person responsible. Then, when we fulfill your order, we will either mail the invoice to the accounting office, or if you wish, we can place an invoice in the box, and you hand it to your bookkeeper who writes us a check and mails it, and we are all happy musicians!
